When is the registration date in the hotel?
For your travel we recommend to you to deserve your plane ticket as soon as possible because of the obstruction of the air traffic for the period of the conference. Besides we inform you that your arrival to Tunisia would be easier at Monastir Airport (2 minutes from the congress hotel). A flight to Tunis airport is also possible (2 hours from Monastir).
How can I take a visa?
Concerning the visa, please contact the embassy of Tunisia in your country.
Can I come before the first day of CIRAT ?
If you wish to come before or extend your stay, could you please to warn us as soon as possible to deserve the room to you, the places in this hotel are likely to be limited.
What is the weather?
The weather during the conference days is winter weather, so you should be well covered.
I shall be coming with my wife, please tell me that the accommodation provided by the conference would be sufficient for 2 persons, or otherwise send me the addresses of some nearby hotels?
As for the accommodation of your wife, you have to inform us when you fill in the registration accommodation form (it will be sent in the next days), so she will be with you in the same hotel.
